Kitano - Records Management

Record keeping is what organizations do. Intelligent record keeping is what Kitano is designed for. It is in a development stage and we are in advanced prototype stage. When its code is stable and mature, we will be making releases in some form of free-source license.

To meet internal records management needs,  Kitano needed to be easy to use and easy to organize without learning how to use it. It needs to retrieve records quickly. One needs to make records available safely and securely through several methods. One needs to validate records and secure them. One needs to archive and retire easily. It does not need high maintenance and one should not be technical to operate one.

Kitano is designed to be used as an intelligent storage unit integrating easily with other enterprise applications and various platforms such as Windows, OSX and other operating systems.

What distinguishes is its internal engine that handles millions of records and massive amounts of storage with a constant lookup speed.  Its ability to store annotation data allows end users to create reports and through the Open Interface.
