For Windows users, you can start by downloading this program and run it and double click in red.

You must download our program and follow this instruction. If you have Comodo, it may flag as virus. It is false positive. Just add to your safe files. 

For Mac users, start by downloading VNC program and run it.  When prompted if OK to open, click OK.

Once the program started, Please type helpdesk.egenius.com (connected to Client:) and click on Start Server.

You will have someone greeting you with notepad or textedit.
